Hello, welcome to Just Answer. The 54°C by 5 minutes is the working part here, the Benomyl is only added if you don't want recontamination (from contact with untreated surface/container or other fruit), so you can do without completely and just monitor the air quality (with filter) and humidity when storing the fruits. I am way north and don't grow mango (even if i have one in the house) but i grow plum and apricot (other prunus). Of all the fruit trees i have, those are the most susceptible to fungus disease. You can greatly reduce infection if you collect dead branch and leaf weekly and burn them (they are the carrier for the next spore bloom).
