hot dog hamburger sausage with peppere and onions vege and turkey burgeres etc...soda water chips candy
is there a rule on pre-cooked food to finish cooking on the griddle at the game
this means I make the peppers and onions the night before
there is a concession building as part of the high school field
it has all the electric and refrigerated needs
where can I find the rules if any to do this
someone told me you can not sell pre-cooked food..but the said it is OK to order pizza and the sell it by the slice

I would contact the Health Department in your county. They will route you to the appropriate area so you can get a definitive answer. Concession sales are bound by the same rules as restaurants, and I honestly don't think pre-cooked condiments would be a problem since proper storage is available; however, the Health Department will have the final word and correct answer for you.


In addition, make sure you have obtained the necessary permit(s) to sell food products if required by your locality.
