Hello, and thanks for your question.
Aloe vera extract is made by grinding the plant’s leaves and is extremely popular and appreciated in cosmetology. Its extract contains calcium, amino acids, sodium, nitrogen and vitamins. The properties of this plant's extract are found in various several cosmetic products in the form of creams, gels, lotions, cleansers, moisturizers, anti-ageing products, acne and pimple creams, and hair lotions. It is an important ingredient in health drinks, and can also be taken as a dietary supplement. An 'extract' is a more concentrated form, containing less liquid.
Aloe vera juice is formulated from pure Aloe Vera gel concentrate and purified water. Without added flavoring, it has a bitter taste.
The technical difference would be that aloe vera extract contains all parts of the plant and aloe vera juice contains only the gel from inside the leaves, plus water, and sometimes other ingredients to make it taste better.
