Is baked stuffing still good if kept in the refrigerator for

Resolved Question:

Is baked stuffing still good if kept in the refrigerator for four days. Can it then be transferred into freezer zip lock bags and frozen? The main ingredients are: pork sausage (fully cooked before mixing with other ingredients), eggs, celery, onions, raisins, apples. The dressing was baked and cooked fully, put in the refrigerator Thursday night 11/27. I put it in a freezer zip lock bag tonight 11/30 and put it in the freezer. Will it be okay to eat after being in the refrigerator first for four days?

It would be desirable to freeze the stuffing immediately, but if it was well refrigerated soon after being baked, for four days, it should be alright to eat when defrosted, after freezing in the ziploc freezer bags.

Make sure when you defrost it, you smell it and taste a little, just to be sure, before eating any large amount. If it tastes a little 'off', don't take a chance, and throw it away. Also, try not to keep it frozen for more than a month before rewarming and eating.
