My fudge did not set up how do I fix it

Can I get it too set up or how can I save it or use it in some other way so I don't have too pitch it

Hi Shirla. It depends on how "runny" it still is. It probably happened because you didn't get it to a high enough temperature. If it's still pretty loose, you can put it back in a sauce pan, cook it a little longer, making sure you get it up the the required temperature. If that doesn't work it can be used as a fondue or a topper for ice cream or cake. Hope this helps. Good luck, Patricia
