I have an Xfinity Arris modem. I reset the connection thru my TV using the 'CM MAC', 'GMTA MAC'& 'WAN MAC' numbers; none were accepted.

The connection worked before, so it is not the first time I have tried to connect. I purchased the Nintendo new.
What IS different is that I am using a different TV from when I first set it up, and the modem is also different.
