2011 eco boost in an f150. No crank, o. No start. 226,077…

See if you have power to the starter on the small post with the key in the start position and power on the large post at all times.

You should not have a ground on the small post at all. See the diagram below.

It should only have power with the key in the start position.

Get's power from fuse F13 in the fuse box under the hood. The wire gets power when the PCM energizes the relay.

remove the relay and see if the ground goes away.

That is normal till the key is in the start position. It sends power to pin 1 and to the audio control module which keeps the radio off till the engine starts, then takes the power away and the relay opens and the radio plays through the speakers.

See if you have power on pin 3 and the jump pins 3 and 5 and see if the starter cranks the engine.

Do you have power on pin 3 at the relay?

Below is a diagram of the fuse box to make sure we are on the same relay and pins.

If you jump pins 3 and 5. and the starter does no crank the engine, the problem is the starter.

The big square one to the far right is the PCM power relay.

Check fuses 26 and 34..

Look at fuses 1, 32 and 48 in the dash fuse box behind the passenger side kick panel.

32 and 48 will only have power with the key turned on..

Recharge it.

Low voltage causes the modules to freak out and do what you see.
