JA: Have you tried locking and unlocking the driver's side door using the key itself?
Customer: Yes ma'am
JA: Are you fixing your Escape yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes I am I like I said I removed the fuses I even tried to disassemble the blue wire to the horn and that didn't work I mean I've done the key thing I cranked it up and started it it's still going off
JA: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no ma'am there's nothing else to know it's been sitting up for 8 months and I just put a brand new spanking battery in it so I don't know what the deal is it cranks up just fine I just can't get the freaking horn to stop blowing

I couldn't really tell you I bought it for $400 and then I have been locked up for the past eight months and it's at and when I come back I needed to put brand new battery in it so I did that and that's all I know really

If it is running with the alarm going off there is likely a failed aftermarket alarm installed somewhere. Can you send a picture of under the dash on the driver side?
