I'll start with some ideas of things to check, and then we can move on to more advanced diagnostics if needed. I'm online most of the time, but do need to step away from here and there, but will respond in a timely manner. Just lemme know what I can do to help!
- If it is the factory alarm on the car that is going off, you should be able to disable it by unlocking the drivers door with the key and then turning ignition to on. If its an aftermarket alarm, you may need to reprogram the module that is installed under the dash.
- If factory alarm wont disable and shut off the flashers and horn, you may need to have the car scanned for trouble codes using dealer level scan tool, which will be able to show which sensor is triggering the alarm. Might be missing an input from door lock cylinder switch, door ajar switch, or ignition run position. Lemme know if alarm wont cancel, and what codes are being set and Ill be glad to try and help, but hoping it will turn off with the key and turning ignition to run!
Ok hope that helps! Would try to start the engine even though the alarm is going off.
That should disable the factory alarm, but if there is an aftermarket alarm we may need to do some more checking.
