2001 Ford F-150 Supercrew vehicle. Fixing myself with the
Fixing myself with the help of a former dealership service manager. Battery goes dead. Clicking from under the driver side panel in the fuse area. Checked fuses and when I pulled fune # 14 which is 15 amps. The clicking stops in Relay # 2. Replaced relay and checked all fuses which were good. Relay # 2 is for the Battery Saver Relay, Interior Lamp Relay, Accessory Delay (Power Windows) Checked to make sure lights went off when door closed. OK Visor lights turned on and off when visor closed. Reading lights turned off anfter being turned on. Lights in front interior doors work correctly. Lights shining into the bed of the truck turn on and off. keyless entry works when correctly. Relay still clicks after replacement and everything noted above checked. … read more
