It appears that the code set is a ford specific code that cannot be read by some generic OBD2 code readers. You're getting the OBD2 response saying it can't read the code "N/A". The 01/01 means one code set and one code pending.

In order to get the code you'll need a different code reader. If you're near an advance auto parts or an autozone they will retrieve codes for free. If you can get the code checked and let me know what it is I can help you more.
