Mechanic's Assistant: What is the make/model/year of your car?

1998 ford windstar

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Windstar yourself? What have you tried so far?

Yes, replaced the front right wheel bearing, after that the traction off light is on and the traction active light is also on. When u hit the brakes, they make a grinding noise and go to the floor. Sometimes pumping them will help some. Have changed both abs sensors and bled brakes

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the brake pads to make sure they're still adequate?

Yes

It sounds like the wheel bearing isn't seated fully or the hub isn't fully into the wheel bearing. That's really the only thing I can think of that would cause this because it would make the tone ring on the Hub not sit far enough against the sensor which would make the traction not work and also the caliper bolts to the spindle and is no longer centered between the pads in the caliper, causing the brake concern. I would pull the axle back out and look to see how deep to have a seated and compare it to the opposite side.
