Hello again, did you replace the cylinder head temp sensor?

Ask Your Own Ford Question

Not yet... will do so... but don't want to do brute force troubleshooting... Replace, replace, replace and hope I get it..... Expert opinion, is it CHT sensor?....

It is either the CHT or the PCM. So if CHT doesn't fix problem then you would want to verify wiring between CHT and PCM are good then replace the PCM. CHT is the most common cause. Let m know how it goes or if you have more questions. Thanks.

Ask Your Own Ford Question

Here is also a wiring diagram for CHT to help with testing, let me know if you have questions. Thanks.

Will replace CHT sensor... I will follow up to let you know... Appreciate the help... I do have a mechanics background... Currently an engineer... Working with a garage, but just don't know this system...

No problem, keep me updated. Thanks.
