I had changed it and was able to start the car it moved 2 feet than blew again

Electronic Engine Controls, Heated oxygen sensors (HO2S), Engine Ignition, Fuel injectors, Digital Transmission Range (DTR) sensor, Gearshift lever unit to transmission overdrive cancel switch, Engine Cooling, Fuel Pump Relay are all controlled by fuse F1.9.

You may want to inspect the 02 sensors connectors and the transmission range sensor. We have seen battery acid collect on them and cause shorts.
