Ok, kindly give me a moment to look up the wiring diagram.

Do you have a test light you are using to check for power on the blend door?

Ask Your Own Ford Question
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
Checked fuses also and they are ok
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
i do have a test light
Ford Mechanic: Mike V., Auto Service Technician replied 4 months ago

Ok, it looks like the dark blue should see some small amount of voltage when the computer requests the blend door to operate.

Has the system been scanned at all? if the ambient air temp sensor, in cabin temp sensor aren't working properly, the computer may not call for any type of blend door action

Ask Your Own Ford Question
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
I did scan the system but nothing comes up
Ford Mechanic: Mike V., Auto Service Technician replied 4 months ago

Are you using a code reader or a scan tool capable of communicating with the body control and Hvac control modules?

Ask Your Own Ford Question
Customer reply replied 4 months ago
Just a regular code reader
Ford Mechanic: Mike V., Auto Service Technician replied 4 months ago

Ok, that's not going to help us with this.

I don't see any way to put the HVAC into self test mode, so I am going to open this up for the other experts. Possibly one who can help get this properly diagnosed.

Please don't reply or it will be sent back to me.

Sorry.
