If you are getting 19 inches of vacuum at the intake manifold and you have a brand new booster then you probably need to replace the booster check valve which will not allow the vacuum to escape from the booster you can have all the vacuum in the world but if that check valve is faulty then the booster will not be pressure negatively pressurize with vacuum and you won't have power brakes. You're going to have to describe the blinker issue more in-depth for me to begin to try to help you on that. You can use a hand vacuum pump to try to test the brake booster check valve by pulling vacuum on that hose and seeing if the booster retains it when you go to pull the hose out of the booster you'll hear the vacuum suck air into the booster.much further than that.If I've answered your question to your satisfaction please remember to hit accept as that's the only way I am compensated for my time on this site. If you have any further questions or comments don't hesitate to contact me. You will be able to respond to this question even after hitting accept.
