9 7 ford expedition 5.4 l ltx 4x4 has a open loop fault. as temp goes up the voltage stays at 4.7 volts and o2 sensors reads 1 volt. having trouble locating fuel charge harness to check what is missing. any idea of whats going on. please help

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you located all of the vehicle's oxygen sensors? Are the wires leading to and from each intact and in good shape?

Replaced them all

Tested all related parts and they are ok looking for a ground that is common to cyl head and o2 sensor
