Hello my name is ***** ***** welcome to just answers! I will be assisting you with all of your vehicle questions today. Give me one moment while I review your question and come back with a answer. Please be aware I do not know your skill level or abilities so I will be asking a lot of questions and in a lot of cases we will respond to each other quite a lot before we find a solution. As far as phone calls are concerned that is the system prompting you, not me, and they do cost more money, I prefer text but in some cases a phone call is required. If I don’t answer right away or quickly in conversation I am helping another customer or have stepped out for a moment and will respond as soon as I can. Ok lets get started!

First check fuse 28 and 20 in drivers inside dash fuse panel

both fuses are good
Ford Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 7 months ago

If you have a multi meter and are good with electrical I can send you a troubleshooting list of things to check, I have a feeling its your brake pressure transducer but would be good to verify this first

started at $5 you charged my card 28 now you want 26 more??? is this a scam
Ford Mechanic: Mechanic01, ASE Certified Technician replied 7 months ago

the 28 is for the question and the 5 will be removed as it was the deposit, it just looks weird, and no this isnt a scam, Im guessing now you dont want any more help? If you read my intro it would have told you the site will prompt you for a call which I prefer not to use

I do know, after going though this with JustAnswer, that I can somewhat trust my mechanic but I will always contact you prior to going there.
