1999 f150 won't start....appears not get fuel. Battery good,

Customer Question
1999 f150 won't start....appears...

1999 f150 won't start....appears not get fuel. Battery good, fuses all good, oil level good and starter sounds ok. Filled gas tank yesterday....almost empty. I am not original owner so don't know if ever problems with fuel pump and filter? Truck parked on uphill slope in driveway. Funny this happened after complete fill up! Thoughts?

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you ever replaced the fuel pump, or is this the original?

I never replaced but not original owner.....only 120,000 miles

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your F150 yourself? What have you tried so far?

No...not set up to replace parts. I've charged battery just be sure, looked at fuses and checked all liquids. Nothing out ordinary except oil pressure does not hold when try turn over. Is this expected?

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Just need direction on next steps. And expected costs to repair
