What is your question for me?

Ask Your Own Ford Question
Customer reply replied 6 months ago
The part you asked me for and gave me part number was the vehicle security theft module. The part you may be having problems with is the GEM module or body control module it is also called. This is where we left off
Customer reply replied 6 months ago
Start with GEM location
Ford Mechanic: Jaybird61, ASE Certified Master Technician replied 6 months ago

Trouble shot dash/seat heat control not working
Ford Mechanic: Jaybird61, ASE Certified Master Technician replied 6 months ago

The GEM is also called the junction fuse box under right side of dash. It is the large fuse box with all the fuses in it.

What is problem with dash and radio?

Ask Your Own Ford Question
Customer reply replied 6 months ago
They don’t work
Customer reply replied 6 months ago
All lights work on instrument cluster but not the tach ,temp or speed.
Ford Mechanic: Jaybird61, ASE Certified Master Technician replied 6 months ago

The lights in the dash are all LED lights and powered by same power and if some do not light then problem is with cluster itself. What is problem with radio? Did you check fuse 11 for heated seats?
