Ron, on the top line of the tag reads:
V951R
Second line reads:
L55 9 '34 4M01
Ford Mechanic: Ron, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

Is the tag you viewing look like the one I sent and it should be mounted on the bolt on the cover. Is that the one your referring to?

Ask Your Own Ford Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
NO, It reads as I explained
Ford Mechanic: Ron, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

There is only one tag that mounts to the bolt on the cover that explains what rear end you have. I can tell you what that one means. Where is this tag your referring to located?

Ask Your Own Ford Question
Customer reply replied 8 months ago
after they install the rear end these tags were handed to me
Ford Mechanic: Ron, ASE Certified Technician replied 8 months ago

Im not sure what they handed you but the only tag that IDs they rear end is the one on the cover. You should have this tag on the cover bolt. See it in the link below on how to decipher what type of rear end you have.
