If it has ground signal to the other coils then it wont be a crank sensor. Either signal wire between coil and PCM or PCM. I would first ohm the wire for continuity, short to ground and short to power. If wire checks good then PCM is issue. Or you can backprobe right at the PCM connector to check for pulse. If no pulse at PCM then the PCM is bad, if pulse at PCM then wire is bad. AT PCM connector the circuit is pin 78 white/pink wire.
