sitting in the vehicle. key on engine off. operate the temp control knob from cold to hot then back to cold. tell me if you hear an actuator moving behind the dash. thank you

ok, now, with the engine running,, let it get up to operating temp. heater on full blast, check the 2 heater hoses going into the firewall. make sure they are both very hot.
