Ingenious changing my control module for glow plugs a wire touched truck turned over a little bit now I have no power no stereo no dome lights nothing when ya turn key on

If you have no power to anything there is a good chance this may be just weak or bad batteries or the connections at the batteries are poor. Do you battery cables show a reading of 12.6 volts?
