engine oil temps are running hotter then coolant temps. had some coolant overflow today while driving tgrough mountains pulling trailer when motor got hot

They are running 15 to 20 degrees above coolant. When the coolant overflowed the oil hit 230 to 237. But now it's running fine. It's idling with 190 oil and 184 coolant
