I went to auto store and bought a new water pump and thermostat the old pump and thermostat looked all right was no play in waterpump and rotated smooth I reinstalled new pcs back in truck and tested and let it run it never got hot the temp gage never came up didn't have chance to take down the road yet I seen the block check and decided to try this first ill know tomorrow when I take a long ride still need help with electric fans I wired up maybe too
Ford Mechanic: David Craig, Auto Mechanic replied 8 months ago

ok, sounds good. I hope its all good for you. I just dont like to see people pay for something and it is not the problem, thats why I suggested he block test first, but maybe you got it.
