Customer Question

A/C isn't blowing cold air.
JA: Do the vents feel cold? Is there a coolant leak?
Customer: No the vents don't feel cold. As far as I know there's not a coolant leak. It was working a few months ago.
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 1992 ranger xlt
JA: Are you fixing your Ranger yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. I've done a visual inspection of the lines and compressor. Everything appears to be working. That's why I think it's low on freon.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The main question is what type of freon do I need? Thanks
