I am considering replacing the Temp Control Module in my 2000 Explorer and was wondering if I have to remove the dash in order to do that
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Months
JA: Are you fixing your Explorer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I am not fixing myself. I am considering ordering the part and having my mechanic do it but am concerned about the labor cost
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

HI,

Labor time to replace it is 0.6 hours, about $60 or so.

The radio is removed, then one trim panel, and then unbolt and remove the climate control panel - see attached
