Customer Question

It's shaking slightly to moderate in gear non existent in park or neutral. Idles in gear 600 park or neutral 800 to 1000 rpm. Changed out plugs today and a new fuel filter. Shaking not quite as bad but still noticeable. Can put pedal on floor from stop and very sluggish acceleration till it roaches about 10 mph then great acceleration from that point. What's wrong with it?
JA: Is the fuel filter an external one, or is it inside the tank?
Customer: Inline driver side
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2004 ford expedition 5.4 4x4
JA: Are you fixing your Expedition yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes and I've changed the plugs and filter
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I believe that is it
