Brights lights won't turn off
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: My bright lights in the headlights
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2005 Ford expedition
JA: Are you fixing your Expedition yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No I am not fixing it myself I'm just trying to get information so when I have someone fix it I won't get ripped off
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No just that because at night I don't like driving because once a while people flash me that my brights on but I can't turn them off

Is the high beam indicator lighting up on the dash?
If you pull the turn signal switch towards you, do they turn off?

I have I still don't turn off but I will try agin again

Make sure the headlights are turned on when you try this. If your Expedition has daytime running lights, the headlights will be on constantly.

Watch the high beam indicator on the instrument cluster.

It will be in the top center of the instrument cluster.
