JA: Are you fixing your Focus yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: removed switch on rear window to see if contacts are corroded. everything looks fine. blew compressed air into switch and plug in to remove any debris. looked at main fuse but window will go down but up
JA: Have you checked the vehicle's manual yet?

Customer: window was down last night and some rain might have gotten in to switch . looks as if switch is a sealed unit so did not take apart. would not go up for last month except when activating rear switch on door. now that does not work. blew out contacts with compressed air in case debris or moisture got into se
