Have Ford Questions? Ask a Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hi Im David, thanks for visiting the site. what have you replaced ?
ok. did you happen to check that the sensor was getting the correct voltage before you replaced it?
the very first thing yiou should have done is turn the key on. engine off. and check the sensors connector has between 4 and 6 vdc.
I know you replaced the sensor but if it has voltage then the service manual says to replace it. I will send you the rest of the procedure.
just do the steps that you can. obviously the ones that require a scan tool you wont be able to do, but if you do waht you can, I am sure you will find a problem.
hows it going?
