confused , ask a question ,put my credit card info, in and it ask more , why no answer
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: 1999 ford 4 wd 8 cylinder , 5 speed
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: tried new battery , new coils , new plugs , after it starts runs good just drags when you crank it , not the starter because when it starts .the turn it off and it starts good especially when it is warm
