JA: Do all the fuses have the correct amperage for the circuits they're in?
Customer: CAR WAS RUNNING FOR QUITE AWHILE TIL IT RAN OUT OF GAS AND KEY WAS ON FOR 1 DAY KILLING BATTERY

Customer: OWN A LITTLE LOT SHOWED CUSTOMER CAR AND FORGOT TO SHUT OFF RAN OUT OF GAS AND BATTERY DEAD JUMPER BOX 5 GAL FUEL TRIED TO START KEEP BLOWING 10 AMP FUEL FUSE

If this is the 20 amp fuse F4, it could be a faulty fuel pump driver module or a wiring issue going to the inertia switch or the driver module.

Try disconnecting the electrical connector going to the fuel pump driver module and turning the key on. If the fuse no longer blows, it is a faulty/shorted fuel pump driver module.
