Hello, are there any warning lights coming on when this occurs? Its only when going up a steep hill? It drives normally otherwise? Have you had it checked for codes with a scan tool? Fuel filters changed and correct oil being used?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
No warning lights. Am changing the fuel filter.

Ok you may still have codes stored with the check engine light off. Change the filters and recheck. If u still have trouble then a diagnostic check for codes needs to be done you may have a turbo or get issue causing the lack of power
