Hey how are you

sorry the cost as i seen on screen is $28 , sorry i m just the expert do not handle billing

1- Batteries could be charged ,checking at switch on now ,but are they holding 12 volts under load ,with a voltmeter hooked and looking , at time the igntion switch is a start position still 12 volt or dropping ?

2- have you checked battery cables for being loose or corroded from battery to starter ?

3-do you have a ford scanner or equivalent to retrieve fault codes ?

If you do not mind me asking ,are you looking at fixing this yourself or looking to know the most possible cause of this issue and taking it to repair shop for the work ?

Do you have any prior experience in electrical troubleshooting and testing with a test light for power & ground ?

Do you have a test light & or power probe for testing ?

Please let me know

Thank You
