I have a 2001 Ford Explorer that the display light is out on

Customer Question

I have a 2001 Ford Explorer that the display light is out on the radio, channel Id/clock and there is no sound on the left front side.
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: The lights that id what channel you are listening to and tell you what time it is.
JA: Thank you.
Customer: I know the lights are due to a faulty led strip that connects to the pwc but i'm having trouble determining which model number of light it is. How can I identify the correct part number?
JA: Are you fixing your Explorer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have the ability to solder in a new light strip, not sure what is wrong with the left side speaker. I don't know if it is the speaker itself or what drives the speaker.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.
