Just bought a 2015 Mustang Convertible and the rear side

This answer was rated:

Just bought a 2015 Mustang Convertible and the rear side windows will not go up completely leaving a pie shaped gap at the top. How do I fix this?
JA: Is this your first time dealing with this issue?
Customer: Just bought the car last night. So yes.
JA: Are you fixing your Convertible yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I am in contact with dealership waiting on reply. If it does not require tools I will fix. Dealership is 3 hours away.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Hi Im David, the window cam off track and you will need to remove the side trim panels.

Here is the procedure for access

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
With the top down the rear window rolls all the way up. It is only when the top is closed that the windows will not roll up.

then the top needs adjusted. to properly allow the window to fit into the channels
