Customer Question

I'm not getting power to my fuel pump. Fuses are good and battery is new. I've changed the fuel filter and the pump.
JA: Is the fuel filter an external one, or is it inside the tank?
Customer: Inside the tank. Access under back seat. Don't know if it matters but it's an electric fuel pump
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2000 Lincoln LS v8 engine
JA: Are you fixing your LS yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes Im fixing it myself. I've checked all fuses, replaced battery, fuel filter and pump
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I think that's it

Hi there,

Do you have a test light or volt meter so we can do a little testing?
