Left rear turn signal, brake light & center left brake light

Customer Question

Left rear turn signal, brake light & center left brake light are not working
JA: Have you checked the brake fluid? How's the level and when was it last changed?
Customer: That's interesting. What would brake fluid have to do with a turn signal or one set of lights?
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2003 Explorer XLT 4.0 Flex
JA: Are you fixing your Explorer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. Replaced multi-function switch and rear bulbs.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.

Check the wires at the tail light connectors with a multimeter or test light, and make sure there is power.

I'm assuming you've already checked the fuses.
