Hello, has the rv sat for a long period of time? WHen you turn the key to on does the check engine light come on? If you spray carb cleaner into the intake will it run a few seconds?

Ok it will only energize the fuel pump for a few seconds when the key is turned to on to prime the fuel rail. It will run continually once the engine starts. The EEC power relay controls the check engine light and powers the PCM. It also energizes the fuel pump relay. Both will be under the hood on the passnger side as shown in this diagram. There is a link coming off the battery that sends power to the relay. See if the relay clicks when cycling the key to on, if not check power and jump across the relay to activate the pump and test the wiring from the relay to the pump
