Customer Question

Second opinion] Have a 2002 F150 truck. 5.4 triton. Last week it blew out a plug. We got the kit to repair, which we did, as well as replaced the other plugs. Now it is running very rough and missing
JA: When it comes to this particular vehicle, have flat tires been a problem in the past?
Customer: no not at all
JA: Are you fixing your F150 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We got the kit for the blown plug, removed the old plug and put all new ones in.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Um no, just that is very rough, and going up hill it shakes, and speed decreases
