2011 ford focus in Minnesota. For first time -won't start; doesn't turn over; just chattering sound.
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: I also tried with jumper cables; same result
JA: Are you fixing your Focus yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It is in my garage; temp about zero.It has engine heater; I put on for 2 hours. And the jumper cables.

Rapid clicking does normally mean a low battery. I would suggest trying the jump again, but make sure you hear the engine on the donor car drag when you make that connection, then wait about 15 minutes and give it a try.
