when hooked on the fuel test gauge and rev it up does fuel pressure go up or down or stay the same ?
have you done a compression test
what is the mileage ?
that pump is weak or border line at 34 lbs at key on eng off, should be 35 to 45 lbs, we like to see at least 40 lbs for a healthy fuel pump

Hello, you said you replaced the ignition wires, you mean you replaced all 8 individual ignition coils? what kind of spark plugs are you using? It will buck or surge around 45 plus miles per hour? Does it feel like you are driving over a washboard road?
Ok and you replaced all 8 coils, when does the misfire or hesistation occur, only at highway speeds? What is the condition of the transmission fluid, is it brown or black and smel burnt? Does this skip happen under a heavy load? If you put the van in reverse and hold down the brake and accelerate(powerbrake) does the engine buck or hesistate?
Ok so it has an issue at an idle and between 35-65 mph. Was there any evidence of coolant leaking into the spark plug tubes? Will the misfire become worse if you powerbrake the engine in reverse and sitting still with your foot on the brake and stomping on the accelerator? You said compression was good on all cylinder, no more than a 10 percent difference between clylinders? This vehicle hasnt sat for a period of time has it and has old fuel? No codes stored and passes a key on engine off and key on engine running test?
What has not set up? Do you have a scan tool to check for codes and run on demand tests?
Ok if it will miss when powerbraking, then there is a chance one of the new spark plugs is damaged, cracked or the gap is closed over too small or a coil is defective. Without the use of a dealer style scan tool to see what cylinder is misfiring, or if you have a scan tool that shows mode 6 data it might show what cylinder has a misfire, then you will have to remove all the plugs and check for damage to the porcelin or mis gapped plug. If they look ok, either a plug is just defective or a coil is weak and breaking down, causing the misfire.
Then if the spark plugs are ok, you have a defective coil and there isnt any easy way to know which cylinder it is without the use of a high end scan tool such as the one the dealer uses to monitor live power balance of each cylinder to see what cylinder drops off when it misfires.
