I have. 2013 mustang v6 base. The radio isn't working. The time is flashing but you can't turn the radio on or change the time. I have checked fuses aswell
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: Yes I have.
JA: Are you fixing your Mustang yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes and checking all fuses and disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Do you have a touch screen display or the standard led display screen?

The problem is the ACM (Audio Control Module). Sometimes removing the ACM and completely unplugging it fixes the problem. But not always. See the links below for removing the ACM. It sometimes resets it to where it works again.
