My starter does not seem to lock in to start the engine
JA: Have you checked the battery, particularly the terminal connections? Are they corroded?
Customer: I have a new battery but not used for 6 month, the starter makes a noise. possibilbe that i have a battery that is weak
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: I don't know the year, on the farm 40 years ago we called it a fordson
JA: What year is your Ford?
Customer: I dont know the year
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I can'tfix it I had someone try to pull the battery with no success
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: A year ago we had the same problem and again tried to pull starter, the battery was connected properly and it started
