2004 Ford F3 50 with 6.0 L diesel will not start plugged in All 8 injectors are new. All 8 glow plugs are new. Ficm is new. When cold it says no FICM sync but had regular sync and crank sensor. ICP is new. High pressure oil is fine. Injector harness is fine. PCM is ok. Eot sensor is ok. ECT sensor is ok. PCM IS OK. any suggestions?

Hello, do you have a scan tool to monitor ICP pressure while trying to start? Were all these parts replaced due to the vehicle not starting?
