JA: Are you fixing your F350 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: runs fine when cold, gets up to operating temp and runs fine but go about 50 miles and then starts running rough when you let off the throttle, as soon as I press back on the throttle it runs fine. coast down to a stop light runs rough. sounds like it has a big cam in it? changed oil, checked fuel press, no codes thrown,
