JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: well I had an alternator go bad and since it has been fixed the drivers side door will no longe unlock with my keyfob or the button on the door it will lock just not unlock
JA: Have you checked the fob's battery?
Customer: yes the battery is fine
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: yes I also have a tire light that keeps flashing also all this started after the alternator issue

i have An 06 ford had an alternator go bad and replaced it. now the drivers side door no longer unlocks with Key fob or button, also I have a tire inflation system fault light . I have had the sensors checked and they are good I have done the reset for the key fob and that did not work.

It's the door latch that is bad in the door. It's very odd it happened after you replaced the alternator. The door lock actuators are known for failure where they lock correctly but won't unlock correctly.
