JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: No leaks recently replace thermostatic
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 97 ford tratus
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Thermostatic replace went to have the heater flush and it started to product a little heat
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just it not to the point it once was, only have 66k original mile

Does it seem like the air is blowing at the same level, it's just not as hot, or is the air level a little weak?

Have you checked the coolant level since the flush to see if it has dropped?
